Our creators at Strawberry Earth, who inspire people from all over the world to make sustainable choices both at home and at work, are hosting a fair! From October 11th – 12th 2014, the Strawberry Earth Fair will transform the Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam into a forest paradise packed with the latest in sustainable fashion, design, film, and food. This year’s fair includes a sustainably minded film programme so, let yourself sit back and enjoy some organic popcorn, as you become inspired by the very best films and documentaries about our planet. At the screenings, international speakers will be present for Q&A’s and to share in a live exchange after the films. Stay tuned for a grand announcement on the fair’s official film programme…coming soon!

During the fair you can also explore the ‘Design of the Future’ expo, get your hands dirty during some adventurous workshops ( how to keep an urban chicken koop…!), or grab some of the sleekest new products in sustainable fashion and design. Movie tickets, passe-partout, day tickets to the fair, or workshop passes can all be purchased online starting on September 1st, so mark your calendars! For now, you can stay up to date with all of the programme offerings at the Strawberry Earth Fair’s website, or make your RSVP on facebook. Oh yes, and one more thing: prepare for some serious hipshaking at the afterparty!

What is Strawberry Earth?

Strawberry Earth shares the latest in sustainability innovations for film, fashion, design, food and everything else that makes us smile: on it’s blog, at events, and in an online shop. It also runs projects such as the Green Film Making Project, that aim to fast-forward the transition to a fair and green economy, via the creative industries.
